Cancellation Policy

**Booking Policy for Meaningful Days at Mindful Spaces** **Thank you for choosing Mindful Spaces for your organization’s life skills enrichment sessions. To ensure a smooth experience for all participants, please review our booking policies below.** **Booking & Cancellation Policy** - Advance Booking:** All reservations must be made at least **three (3) days in advance** to allow for proper scheduling and accommodations. - Cancellations:** Cancellations must be made at least **three (3) days before the scheduled session** to avoid a cancellation fee. - Cancellation Fee:** Organizations that cancel within **less than three (3) days’ notice** will be charged a **$75 cancellation fee**. **Participant Supervision & Liability** - Organizations are fully responsible for supervising their participants throughout the session.** Mindful Spaces staff facilitates activities but does not provide one-on-one supervision. - Mindful Spaces is not liable for any injuries, incidents, or lost/stolen items during the session.** Organizations assume full responsibility for the care, conduct, and well-being of their participants while on the premises. - Facility Accessibility:** Mindful Spaces is a **B&B-style wellness hub** designed for individuals who can navigate the facility independently. We are unable to accommodate individuals requiring physical assisted devices. - Lawn Access:** Organizations planning to use the outdoor space before or after the session must coordinate in advance with our admin team. **Workshops & Additional Programming** Mindful Spaces hosts various wellness workshops throughout the year. By booking a session, organizations acknowledge that additional programming may be occurring in other areas of the facility.
